Itinerary
Join a traditional cooking class inside a cozy Antalya home, where you’ll prepare and enjoy a full Turkish meal with a local host. After a friendly tea welcome, you’ll learn how to make four different dishes, including a seasonal main, sarma or dolma (stuffed leaves or vegetables), börek, and a fresh salad. Your host Fatma will guide you every step of the way — from wrapping grape leaves to rolling out pastry dough — and share stories of how these dishes are passed down through generations.
After cooking, sit down together to enjoy everything you made in a relaxed, family-style setting. You’ll also get the recipes to take home with you.
As Fatma says, “The kitchen is where we gather, not just to eat, but to connect.”

Come join Fatma at her home for a culinary and cultural journey.
This isn’t a cooking class in a studio. You’ll be welcomed into a real home kitchen in Antalya, guided by someone who cooks the way her grandmother taught her — with care, curiosity, and conversation. You’ll leave with recipes, full hearts, and a taste of real Turkish hospitality.
